Services: Tour packages, hotel booking assistance, transport, guide services, and darshan coordination.
All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability. Prices and availability may change during festival seasons.
All prices are in INR. Prices may change without prior notice. Extra services such as additional hours, distance, or special arrangements will be charged separately. Parking, toll taxes, entry tickets, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.
Wheelchair expense has to be managed by the customer itself. This is not included in the package.
48 hours before travel: 50% refund
24 hours before travel: 40% refund
Same-day cancellation: No refund
Refund processing time is 5–7 working days.
Hotel booking advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. During festival seasons, peak dates, or special events, hotel bookings are completely non-refundable.
If the company cancels a tour due to unavoidable circumstances, the tour service amount will be refunded, but hotel booking payment will remain non-refundable.
Pickup and drop services are available within Ayodhya city limits unless specified otherwise. Travel schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, or government restrictions. The company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Hotel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Hotel rules and policies apply as per hotel management. Early check-in or late check-out depends on hotel availability. Customers are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
Temple darshan timings depend on temple administration. Delays may occur during festivals or VIP visits. AyodhyaDekho assists in coordination but does not guarantee darshan. All security rules must be followed.
Customers must arrive on time, carry valid ID, follow local rules, and avoid illegal activities.
AyodhyaDekho is not responsible for weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, traffic delays, or third-party service issues. Maximum liability is limited to the booking amount.
The company is not liable for events beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, pandemics, or government orders.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
